was a nice lecture.
I liked the part at about 22:55 about the Women Only Subway Car. He shows many examples of this throughout his lecture.
I don’t think I could live in their culture but when looking at any of their seemingly strange customs, you look at your own and can see how strange they might seem to others. And he made this quite clear when comparing the propaganda posters to American Advertising. Basically the same thing but selling a different product.

I like the concept of microlending, It’s a great way to spread the wealth. Another similar site is Kiva.org
What I didn’t like was the first micro-loan sites I saw only allowed lending to impoverished nationions. It’s nice they caught on and will allow lending all over the world. I like even more that you can possibly make some money with your investments at MicroPlace. Good luck on both ends I will say!
